Last Monday, a press lunch was held at the Manolo León restaurant in Sevilla with a select group of journalists, critics and sommeliers in which we paired rich gastronomy with a selection of our wines.
First of all, we welcome the guests in the outdoor lounge ‘Invernadero’ with the Prestige des Sacres Champagne (which we distribute exclusively in Spain) accompanied by Iberian acorn-fed ham.
Once in the lounge, we had the following pairing:
- Tomato symphony with burrata and basil with Obar de Puente del Ea 2023
- Swordfish tataki with caramelised pineapple accompanied by Saiaz de Puente del Ea rosé 2023
- Bluefin tuna tartar with croutons and Saiaz de Puente del Ea 2019
- Iberian pork with ras el hanout with Coraz de Puente del Ea 2019
- Almond quenelle with coffee and white chocolate cream, paired with Coraz Finca La Esclavitud 2019
It was a wonderful evening that we hope to repeat in the near future.
