WHITE WINE FERMENTED IN BARREL 2020
Grapes of the Viura and Chardonnay varieties from well-selected old vineyards. Harvested in boxes with manual selection and subsequent fermentation in new 225-liter French oak barrels. Daily batonage with its lees that provide structure and volume in the mouth, which together with its subsequent aging of 9 months in the same barrels gives us a more than interesting aging wine.
In sight, yellow with greenish edges, bright and clear. On the nose, high aromatic intensity. Citrus with stone and tropical fruit. Light notes of toast. On the palate, voluminous with a perfect acidity-alcohol balance. Its unctuousness due to the work on lees stands out, which makes it long and glyceric.
Rosé wine made with Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes from vineyards over 35 years old. A youthful and fresh wine.
Onion skin color, bright and clean. On the nose, its floral nuances stand out with notes of red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and sweet, with a pleasant mid palate, remarkable persistence and good balance on the palate. It is recommended to drink very cold.
