CORAZ FINCA LA ESCLAVITUD 2020

In the area of Corazabe, under the Obarenes Mountains, among small woods and winding paths, we discover Finca la Esclavitud.

Its old vines rest in the shade of a hermitage in the shape of a vineyard watchman. From its grapes we have made a special edition of 2,670 bottles, an exceptional wine, deep, balanced and full of character. A tribute to the monastic cave of the Visigothic period, where spirituality, nature and life breathe.

The fox, guardian of the vineyard, protects these high lands at the foot of the mountain with his cunning and wisdom.

Made with the best Tempranillo grapes of the 2020 vintage from the exceptional La Esclavitud vineyard, harvested and selected by hand. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it is aged for 2 years. The rest of its life is spent in the bottle, where it is refined before being released.
14.5% vol.

Contains sulphites.

TASTING NOTES
The nose is elegant and subtle, respecting the most authentic nuances of the Rioja Alta Tempranillo variety. The fruit stands out and blends perfectly with the wood, with hints of spices, coffee and chocolate. The palate is long, round, silky, fine and well balanced.

FOOD PAIRING
All types of meat, legumes, game, Iberian sausages and dark chocolate.
Serve between 15º and 17ºC.
