Saiaz de Puente del Ea Rosado 2025 is inspired by the name of the small walled village that we overlook from our winery, on the other side of the gentle course of the River Ea: Sajazarra.
Its fresh, juicy and lively character is the result of the wide open spaces of the Rioja highlands and the long winemaking tradition that has survived at the foot of the mountain range.
Our short maceration rosé is made with Garnacha grapes from old vines in the Alto Najerilla, harvested at their optimum ripening point.
13% Vol.
Contains sulphites.
TASTING NOTES
Pale salmon colour, clean and bright. It has a medium to high aromatic intensity, with aromas of strawberry lollipop, white fruits (apple, pear) and hints of stone fruit skins such as nectarine. Fresh on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and fruity flavours that return on the retronasal, it has an elegant and long finish. Perfect for long conversations.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with cold hors d’oeuvres, pasta or risotto.
Serve between 8º and 10ºC.
