Champagne Robert Moncuit has a long history that goes back to five generations. Alex Moncuit started the vineyard in the 1890s, but it was not until 1935 that Robert, his grandson, created his first cuvée. Since then, Robert Moncuit has continued to produce this exceptional Champagne.
Cuvée Reserva Brut is elaborated with strains anchored on a calcareous terroir. 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from le Mesnil sur Oger. It has an assembly of two years of reserve, with a dosage of 12 g/l fermented in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. It reaches maturity in cava for at least two or three years.

It is very appreciated for the aperitif for its fineness and impressive minerality, with notes of citrus and almond in perfect harmony.
