Renewal of the vertical press bucket wood

With a view to the new vintage, we have changed the wood in the barrel of our press to new, mechanised and treated beech wood. We carry out vertical pressing in the traditional way, without additional pressure. We have a lower yield (62%) and a higher cost, but we achieve what we want, which is to produce high quality wines, extracting the maximum expression of the grape and the personality of Rioja Alta with a touch of Puente Del Ea.
