The Waris Hubert family is based in Avize, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs. Under this prestigious appellation, Stéphanie and Olivier WARIS, the 4th generation, produce champagnes that exalt the character of their famous terroirs: Grands Crus of Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Aÿ, Grauves, Bisseuil, Barbonne-Fayel, Marfaux, Merrey-sur-Arce and Monthelon.

They reveal their finesse through their love for their work as winegrowers. A passion for bubbles that we can now enjoy in Spain through Puente del Ea (exclusive distributor).

Lilyale is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs without dosage. Fresh, floral, pure and mineral, it is a true reflection of the Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs.

Succulent is a blend of renowned Chardonnay and Pinot Noir terroirs. Premier Cru Rosé Brut is a delicious, fruity and lively champagne.

Estence is a blend of 60% Chardonnay aged for 9 months in oak barrels and 40% Pinot Noir. Premier Cru Extra Brut de Grauves is a brilliant wine that combines wood and tonicity.
