Saiaz de Puente del Ea 2019 is a tribute to Sajazarra, one of the oldest wine villages in Rioja and considered one of the most beautiful in Spain. Around its beautiful houses and imposing castle, we cultivate Tempranillo vines to express the historical identity and character of the terroir.
A red wine with a friendly and authentic personality. Fresh, lively, appetising and full of flavour. It is clothed in the image of a lively, healthy and energetic natural environment, symbolised by the native hare.
100% Tempranillo, aged for 12 months in first and second year French oak casks and for a further 12 months in the bottle.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
Contains sulphites.
TASTING NOTES
A ruby cherry red colour of medium depth, bright and limpid. On the nose it has ripe red fruits combined with elegant notes of French oak, spices and light lactic notes. On the palate it is fresh, long and savoury, with a soft and elegant wood in the background. Persistent with good tannins.
FOOD PAIRING
Perfect with all types of meat.
Serve between 14º and 16ºC.
